The VSI shapes and sizes crusher output into manufactured sand, typically in the 0-5 mm range with a cubical shape and controllable fines, adjusted by rotor speed and feed mode. A washer removes excess powder.
Raymond mills suit soft-to-medium minerals (limestone, gypsum, calcite) to a fine powder with a small footprint and low cost. Ball mills handle harder ores and higher tonnage, and are used in ore grinding circuits. We match the mill to your material and fineness.
Magnetic separators recover magnetite and other magnetic minerals; flotation recovers copper, gold, lead-zinc and more. The right route (magnetic, flotation, gravity or leaching) depends on the ore, which we design as a flowsheet.
