An air-cooled petrol engine drives a copper-wound alternator, with recoil (pull-start) or electric start, a frame with wheels and handles on larger models, and outlets for household voltage. Low-oil shutdown, a circuit breaker and a fuel gauge keep it simple and safe for everyday users.
Copper (not aluminium) windings and a genuine rated output matter for reliability and honest labelling; we supply full-copper sets and can print your brand and the correct voltage for the market. They pack many units per container for efficient distribution.

Frequently asked questions
For lights, fans, a fridge, TV and phone charging, 2 to 3 kVA is usually enough; add an air conditioner or water pump and you need 5 to 8 kVA to cover their starting surge. Tell us the appliances customers run and we recommend the right kVA band for your range.
Copper conducts better and runs cooler than aluminium, so copper-wound alternators last longer, hold voltage better and are less likely to burn out under load. Cheap units use aluminium and often overstate power. We supply full-copper sets rated honestly, which protects your reputation and reduces warranty returns.
Yes. For container orders we apply your brand name, logo and colour and set the market voltage and frequency, so units arrive retail-ready. Minimum quantities apply for custom branding; tell us your target volume and we confirm.
Yes. We build 50 Hz or 60 Hz and set the voltage to your grid (for example 120/240V, 220/380V or 240/416V, single or three phase). Latin America is mostly 60 Hz. Tell us your country's frequency, voltage and phase and we configure the alternator and controller accordingly.
The set uses mainstream international engines whose oil, fuel and air filters, belts and pumps are widely stocked across Latin America. We also supply a starter spares kit and can re-order alternator parts, the controller, AVR and hoses so downtime stays short.
Standby rating is for backup when the grid fails, used a limited number of hours a year at varying load. Prime rating is for continuous running as the main power source, at a lower rated output for the same set. If it is your only power, size on prime; if it is grid backup, size on standby. We rate it to how you will actually run it.
Yes. Beyond the bare set we supply the automatic transfer switch (ATS), starting batteries, connection cables, remote monitoring and a starter spares kit, from a verified factory (ISO 9001 + CE). OCALWA arranges container or RORO shipping and full export documentation, and regularly ships to Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Paraguay and the Dominican Republic, quoting FOB, CFR or CIF.
