Concrete Floor Coating System
A complete epoxy and polyurethane coating system turns bare concrete into a seamless, hard-wearing floor. Built up from a primer, an optional moisture barrier, a pigmented build coat, decorative flakes and a clear or urethane topcoat, it is waterproof, chemical and oil resistant, and easy to clean. OCALWA supplies the full system at container scale, direct from verified factories, with OEM/ODM labelling and packaging.
A system, layer by layer
The floor is built up in layers. A primer or sealer bonds to the concrete and stabilises it; a 100% solids moisture-vapour barrier can be added for humid or damp slabs. A pigmented epoxy build coat gives colour and body, decorative flakes or metallic pigments add the look, and a self-levelling epoxy or aliphatic polyurethane topcoat seals everything.
For UV stability and heavy traffic, an aliphatic polyurethane topcoat resists yellowing and chemicals in forklift lanes, loading zones and sunlit areas. The result is a jointless, hygienic, hard-wearing floor for factories, warehouses, garages, showrooms and commercial kitchens.

Epoxy floors are made to order. Any colour (solid, metallic or decorative flake blend), gloss level and anti-slip finish is available on request · send us your reference or RAL and we will match it.
Why choose an epoxy floor system
Seamless and hygienic
A jointless surface leaves nowhere for dirt, water or bacteria to collect, so it wipes clean and suits food, pharma and healthcare floors.
Tough under traffic
High-solids epoxy and polyurethane resist abrasion, impact, chemicals and oil, holding up to forklifts, pallet trucks and heavy footfall.
Decorative or safety finish
Choose solid colours, metallic effects or decorative flakes, and add anti-slip aggregate where grip matters.
One supplier, full kit

Not one product · a system you can buy as a set or by the component
- Primer / sealer + moisture barrier · Bonds to and stabilises the concrete; a 100% solids moisture barrier can be added for damp slabs.
- Epoxy build coat · Pigmented high-solids body coat that gives the floor its colour and thickness.
- Decorative flakes · Colour flake chips or metallic pigment broadcast in for the finished look.
- Epoxy or PU topcoat · Self-levelling epoxy for indoors, or UV-stable aliphatic polyurethane for sun and heavy traffic.
Buy the complete matched system, or order any single component (primer, moisture barrier, build coat, flakes, epoxy or PU topcoat) on its own. All in 15 kg kits with OEM/ODM labelling.

A matched set: primer or sealer, an optional 100% solids moisture barrier, a pigmented epoxy build coat, decorative flakes or metallic pigment, and an epoxy or polyurethane topcoat. We supply the layers you need for your floor.
Epoxy gives a hard, glossy, economical finish for indoor areas out of direct sun. Aliphatic polyurethane is UV-stable and more chemical and abrasion resistant, so it is the choice for sunlit, high-traffic or forklift areas where epoxy alone can yellow.
Yes, with the right prep. A 100% solids moisture-vapour barrier is applied first on humid or damp slabs, and a sealer stabilises old or imperfect concrete before the build coats go on.
